  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned or exchanged

  2. Follow the instructions to generate your return label
  3. Package your item securely using the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship your return using the provided label

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed after we receive it
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Shipping Costs:

  • Returns are free for U.S. customers
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
